Verification notices have been sent out by email. You must complete this online form in order to ensure your fellow receives information to begin entering procedures, surgeries, and cases into their AUPO FCC logs.
Verification requires you provide the fellow's contact information and to update your program information. Fellows cannot register for the required AUPO FCC fellow exit survey until you have completed this step.
