Thank you all for your efforts in reminding fellows to complete their exit surveys! 301 surveys were completed and submitted to the AUPO FCC. By now, all fellow exit surveys should be finalized and complete with a few extenuating circumstances that have been noted.
If your fellows' exit survey was not received, you will have been notified. All fellowship exit surveys must be received by July 31 or program’s compliance status is at risk.
