The Exit Survey section in all of the Triennial and Quadrennial Reviews have been removed from this process and it is now required to review and confirm the
Case Log Section of the Fellow Exit Surveys on an annual basis. Please see this newsletter under New This Year for details.
To look at the questions included in the Triennial / Quadrennial Review, visit our website, select Fellowships, choose your subspecialty, and click on Triennial Review Question List.
