All programs are now required to review and confirm Fellow Exit Surveys that have been completed since the last Triennial / Quadrennial Review for your program. You can do this now by logging into your program's account
under Manage Your Program on your subspecialty homepage and click on Review and Confirm completed fellow logs. This will bring you to the list of completed Exit Surveys where programs can review the Case Log
section of the exit survey and confirm that the information is accurate. Going forward, when a fellow completes their Exit Survey,
an email will be sent to the Fellowship Director and Administrator (if applicable) via email. This is to inform you that a completed exit survey is available to review
and confirm. You should then login to your account and click on the Review and Confirm completed fellow logs link under Manage Your Program.
