Notifications of a change in Fellowship Director must be communicated to AUPO FCC in writing for review. A letter of support from the Department Chair and updated information for the incoming Fellowship Director will be requested at that time. Additional materials may be requested at the discretion of the reviewers; please check your program requirements for more information.
